Hi, I'm Melanie Haley.
For more than 20 years, I've helped businesses strengthen their accounting operations, improve financial reporting, and navigate the challenges that come with growth and change.
Throughout my career, I've discovered that successful accounting is about much more than balancing the books. It's about building systems that create confidence, providing leadership during times of transition, and giving business owners financial information they can rely on to make important decisions.
I founded Alchemy Accounting Services because I enjoy solving complex accounting challenges and partnering with businesses that want more than basic bookkeeping. Whether I'm leading an ERP implementation, stepping into a fractional controller role, or helping untangle years of accounting issues, my goal is always the same—to leave every organization stronger than I found it.
I believe the best accounting relationships are built on trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me enjoying time with my husband and our dogs, spending time with family, or unwinding with a good movie after a busy day.
